The truth is, those handy little balls are very tempting. We see them in recipe books, blogs and TV shows… So very simple and VEGAN!

Ahh, that magic word that make carnivores quiver! We Vegans have a nauseous effect on our meat devouring brothers and sisters…

But for most of us we were once them.. some of us tucked into meat with no connection to where it came from and chose to play the willful ignorance card but once that emotional connection has been made, its very difficult to go back and tuck into a steak without feeling heavy hearted and responsible.

Change starts with ourselves, and so on… be the change you want to see in the world… so reach for those wee balls of goodness, fill your boots and enjoy!
