On Demand Sustainable Production

Within the fashion industry, it is estimated that around 30% of product which is produced and printed, ends up in land fill or is destroyed before it is ever sold. At Om & Ah, we have a goal of reducing waste and becoming a sustainable brand. 

We have therefore adopted a state of the art print on demand production model which sees our orders produced only after the point of sale. This helps to massively reduce waste within our business.

UK Production

All of our garments are currently finished in our specialist UK production facility and shipped around the globe. Production times for orders can vary, so whilst the majority of our orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, some orders can be delayed for a variety of reasons which are often outside of our control. We therefore ask that you allow up to 7 working days for production and dispatch. Please ensure you check if any customs fees will be incurred as your garment travels from the UK.

Delivery

All orders are currently shipping from our UK facility, so please consider that there may be additional import charges depending on your location.

Shipping times can vary but are estimated below;

From dispatch:

UK - 1-2 Working Days
Europe - 3-5 Working Days
USA - 5-10 Working Days
Rest of the world - 7-10 Working Days


What if I am not in?

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

RETURNS

We offer 14 days to return your items by from date of receiving, as long as the items are still in their original condition and tags still attached. If the order is being returned in FULL (All items) please return inside the OM dust bag they arrived in to:

(please include a note with your order number so we can quickly locate you and instructions for return/ exchange)

PLEASE ALSO ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED from the date that we receive the items back - please note we do aim to be quicker than 10 days.
